Steve & Tatum, Manoas Rental Villas´owners, came to Costa Rica after falling in love with its nature, beauty, the pace of life and friendly culture.

With a dream to build a unique place where guests can feel like they have escaped the world outside and are on a private getaway, they fell in love with Manoas.

Manoa, is a type of Heliconia flower which is common on the property, has a strikingly beautiful red color with a distinct green edge. Manoah is also translated from Hebrew to mean, a place of rest.

They love living here in Costa Ballena where they have access to so much natural beauty, while also feeling like that are part of a community that values friendship, family and good times! They spend their free time splashing around in the waves or in the river and relaxing by the pool watching the wildlife fly by!

Manoas Rental Villas Uvita´s staff:
They have three full-time employees and one part-time employee who has lived and worked in the Uvita area their entire lives.
They are dedicated to the care of the guests and the natural beauty, land, and water, called Manoas.
The owners Tatum and Steve, as well as their full-time groundskeeper Ivan, live on the property.

In Manoas Rental Villas, there are multiple accommodation types, for every kind of traveler to choose from. For families or small groups, we offer our expansive 4 bedroom home, Casa Rio, and our 2-bedroom River view Villa, Casa Heliconia. For couples, we offer our 1 Bedroom honeymoon Villa Colibri, and our rugged-but-luxurious Safari Tents, Las Carpas. We will also create special inclusive packages for larger groups!
