Cats have a longer-term memory and can solve more cognitive problems than dogs. A cat can jump up to six times its length and uses its whiskers to detect if they can fit through a space. Cats sleep 70% of their lives.

Cats rub against you to mark their territory and lick themselves to get your scent off. Cats bring home prey because they think you suck at hunting. Male cat owners are luckier in love because women consider them to be more sensitive. Cats do not get ticks. Owning a cat can reduce your risk of stroke and heart attack by one third, and cats have 1,000 times more data storage than an iPad.
