Costa Rica Free Digital Magazine #90

Dear readers, advertisers, and collaborators
With mixed emotions of nostalgia, happiness, and pride, we are publishing our 90th digital edition. It has been a difficult time over the last months to sustain the company; We are grateful for the support of family, friends, and young volunteers, as well as the trust of suppliers that has allowed us to overcome the most challenging stage. A special thanks to our advertisers who have responded positively so that Ballena Tales remains part of our community.

As we have mentioned, Ballena Tales will continue to be a friendly, cheerful, optimistic, and green magazine that uniquely spreads the beauty of our enchanting destination. This destination is our paradise, where we enjoy exceptional fauna and flora.
Dear reader, various sacred books conceive of paradise as the place with the most significant promise of happiness, and it is coincidentally interpreted in them as a garden. The vocable paradise comes from the word garden. Beauty, health, and eternal youth are motivations that have accompanied homo sapiens since the beginning of his wanderings on this planet.

This edition presents individual maps for Dominical, Uvita, and Ojochal. Also, you can enjoy content about great human motivations mentioned before. Read the featured article by Karolina Magdalena on how to heal your heart, body, and mind. We also present to you the essay on the impact of nature on health written by Manuela Siegfried and rich content written by several collaborators, including the young German volunteers Marie Kasseroler and Tina Marisa Howitz, to whom we reiterate our profound gratitude for their valuable collaboration to overcome the difficult circumstance; they tell us about their life experiences here among us.

You will undoubtedly like to read what Allison Burns has written about the lifestyle of sewing and surfing; if you plan to travel with children to Costa Rica, do not hesitate to contact Cate from traveling with kids. Last but not least, Astrologer Naika Gabriel writes about the influence of Mercury on zodiac signs.
Enjoy our new section: the chef corner, where Chef Adrian Soto presents a delicious recipe with avocado.

To conclude, the paradise of Costa Ballena attracts more people every day who flee the daily life of big cities to settle in this beautiful place. We must protect it to continue enjoying the positive energy provided by the forest and the ocean.
Dear reader, if you visit us or are already part of the community, contribute your grain of sand to protect our forest, flora, fauna, rivers, and beaches from contamination.

Pura Vida!
