Homemade Banana Bread Recipe
If you bought too many bananas and some of them are already very ripe, instead of throwing them away, prepare delicious banana bread. Your family will love it. The preparation is very easy. If you want to improve it, add some slivered almonds or chocolate chips.

Yield: It makes one loaf.
INGREDIENTS
3 or 4 ripe and mashed bananas
1/3 cup of melted butter
1 cup of sugar (it can be reduced to 3/4 cup)
One egg, lightly beaten
One teaspoon of vanilla
One teaspoon of baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
This recipe doesn´t require a mixer. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Use a wooden spoon to mix the butter into the mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl. Incorporate the sugar, egg, and vanilla into the mix. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt, continue mixing; gradually add the flour until all the ingredients are blended. Pour the mixture into a previously greased 4 x 8-inch loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour. Cool it on a rack. Remove from the pan and slice it before serving.
